Journeyman Electrician Wanted — Earn Ownership in an Employee-Owned Co

Skilled Journeyman Electrician ready to be the field lead of a startup you'll help build — and earn a real stake in?

We're launching an employee-owned electrical company in the Denver area. Looking for one journeyman to be the day-one field linchpin and grow into the master license + operations lead over the next 24 months.

The role:

$100,000 base to start, W-2, full-time
+$10K at month 12 as you take on management (we cover the coursework)
+$25K at month 24 when you earn your master's license — becomes ~$135K + ops lead
Ownership stake that vests as you grow with the company
Denver-area work

You:

Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician license (required, not in process)
Minimum 6,000 documented hours toward your master (this role is designed to help you get the remaining 4,000)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, no felonies in the past 5 years
