JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN WANTED – ROSSCO ELECTRIC

Rossco Electric is a family-owned company with over 22 years of experience serving the Phoenix area. We're a team of about 10 and we take pride in doing the job right. We have a reputation for being the best electricians in the valley and we need someone who can help us keep it that way. We primarily work on commercial and industrial projects for private company's and city customers.
We are looking for a self-sufficient, confident Journeyman Electrician who can work independently or alongside the crew. Some days you'll be running solo on service calls, other days you'll be working with the team. You might spend a few weeks on one project or knock out several jobs in a single day. Adaptability is a must.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Pulling and running wire

Terminating connections
Troubleshooting electrical issues
Installing fixtures and receptacles
Running service calls independently or with the crew
Occasionally towing trailers to and from job sites
Occasionally Operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, and telehandlers (experience is a plus, not required)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Valid Journeyman Electrician

Strong hands-on electrical experience
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Valid driver's license, ability to tow a trailer
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Must pass a background check and drug screening

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This is primarily an electrical role. We work mostly throughout the West Valley, and our home office is centrally located near Sky Harbor Airport. Monday through Friday schedule. We are a small, close-knit family company and we are looking for someone who fits not just the job, but the team.
