Journeyman Finish Carpenter

A and B Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Finish Carpenter to join our team in Kailua-Kona. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work efficiently on residential and commercial construction projects. We are also seeking a Lead Finish Carpenter. Pay range is dependent on which position you qualify for and is dependent upon your experience.

Responsibilities:

-Install cabinets, doors, and windows
-Install tongue-and-groove (T&G) ceilings, walls, and trim
-Perform detailed millwork and finish carpentry tasks
-Read and interpret blueprints and job site plans
-Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of finish carpentry experience
-Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and tools
-Experience with cabinets, trim, doors, windows, T&G, and custom millwork
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel between local job sites
