Journeyman Hardwood floor technician--some experience required

Our busy hardwood floor business is located in Erie, Colorado. We are looking for an experienced Hardwood Floor Installer/ Sander & Finisher.
What You’ll Do
· Work full-time on a two-person crew
· Work with hardwood flooring technicians on-site, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure project schedules are met.
· Floor Prep: Remove baseboards for future reinstallation; demo carpet, tile, or existing hardwood as needed.
· Floor Installation: Install solid, engineered, and vinyl flooring using various methods. Prepare subfloors by leveling and testing for moisture.
· Restore & Refinish: Assess existing floors, work with the Lead to determine the sanding sequence, and perform repairs such as patching and board replacement.
· Finish & Seal: Apply stains, sealers, and topcoat finishes, and perform final touch-ups to ensure a flawless result.
· Ensure Quality: Maintain company and industry standards on all projects. Keep the worksite clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

• 3+ years in wood flooring (sand/finish and/or installation)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED (trade school or flooring experience is a plus)
