Journeyman HVAC/R Service Technician

TRM Services is a well-established locally owned and operated Mechanical Contractor. Our core business is light/heavy commercial services and installations. TRM Services is looking for a Journeyman Commercial Service HVAC/R Technician. Must have a clean driving record, Attention to detail, Customer oriented, and have Excellent communication skills. Must be able to pass a background check for certain customer accounts.

We furnish a Company vehicle, Phone, Uniforms, Paid On-Call Time, Holiday and Vacation pay, Paid Sick Time, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Simple IRA with 100% company match up to 3%.

Wages $36.00 - $38.00/Hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, indoor comfort and other related issues
• Be able to maintain and repair the following, yet not limited to: rooftop units, split system units, packaged units, control systems, heat pumps, light industrial systems and air quality filtration systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance services in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear and professional communication with our customers, property managers, contractors and manager of findings and recommendations.
• Carry out approved repairs and modifications in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow and perform proper safety and company procedures
• Properly fill out work orders and associated company paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and quality work to all of our clients
• Maintain a clean and organized company assigned vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EPA card
• O6A
• At least 3 year’s experience
• Clean driving record
