SUNNY COAST STUCCO IS HIRING A JOURNEYMAN LATHER - $35-$40/HR, PAID WEEKLY

We're a licensed residential stucco contractor in San Diego and we're busy. We need an experienced lather who can start right away.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Install weather-resistive barrier (paper), wire lath, and stucco netting on residential homes
• Install weep screed, corner aid, casing bead, control joints, and window/door flashing
• Prep walls for scratch and brown coat, done right the first time
• Work on additions, remodels, and repairs across San Diego

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Journeyman-level lath experience, able to run a wall on your own
• Your own hand tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites. Having your own truck is a plus.
• Safe, on time, and takes pride in clean work

WHAT YOU GET:

• $35-$40/hr based on experience, W-2, paid weekly
• Consistent work. We're busy, and as long as we stay busy, you stay working, same as our current crew.

Somos una compañía de stucco residencial con licencia en San Diego y tenemos mucho trabajo. Necesitamos un latero con experiencia que pueda empezar de inmediato.

LO QUE VAS A HACER:

• Instalar papel (barrera contra la humedad), malla de alambre (lath) y stucco netting en casas residenciales
• Instalar weep screed, esquineros (corner aid), casing bead, juntas de control y flashing en ventanas y puertas
• Preparar paredes para el scratch y el brown coat, bien hecho desde la primera vez
• Trabajos de ampliaciones, remodelaciones y reparaciones en todo San Diego

LO QUE BUSCAMOS:

• Experiencia de nivel journeyman en lath, capaz de hacer una pared por tu cuenta
• Tus propias herramientas de mano
• Transporte confiable a las obras. Si tienes tu propia troca, es una ventaja.
• Trabajo seguro, puntual y limpio

LO QUE OFRECEMOS:

• $35-$40 por hora según experiencia, W-2, pago semanal
• Trabajo constante. Estamos ocupados, y mientras sigamos así, tú sigues trabajando, igual que nuestro equipo actual.
