Journeyman level Carpenters/Framers

Prestige Construction is growing and looking for a Journeyman level Carpenters/Framers to add to our team!
Prestige Construction has been in business for over 7 years in the Reno/Tahoe area. We specialize in everything from new builds, remodels, turnovers, renovations, and additions, New Builds of Multimillion Dollar custom homes, Decks, Framing of Solar Patios and production style siding installation of all types except for Stucco.
We service Washoe, Carson City, Sparks, Reno, USA Parkway, Incline Village, Zephyr Cove Nevada and Martis Camp. Reliable transportation and a colette and self contained tool set is imperative.

We do a lot of building from Blueprints, floorpan layouts and CAD design programs, candidates must be proficient at reading blueprints as well as being able to follow floorpan and CAD design layouts to build necessary walls, structures or supports depicted in plan specs to the detail, and manage time and building schedule efficiently.

Ideal Candidates should be able to perform tasks involving other trades listed below when needed such as:

Framing from plans.

Demolition
Framing and form layouts.
Truss installation both pre-built and stick built in the field.
Siding installation of Hardie Lap and square sheet, LP Smartside Etc.
Drywall Prep, Mudding, Taping and Texturing
Finish Carpentry
Window installation
Sheer-walling
Knowledge of basic Roofing
Cabinet Installation
Door and corner trim.
