Journeyman & Master Carpenters Needed – Museum Project

Journeyman: $40-$45/hr | Master Carpenter: Up to $55/hr | Weekly Pay

Join PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) for an exciting commercial restoration and finish carpentry project at a museum in Reno, Nevada! We're hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry on a museum renovation project
Install doors, trim, cabinets, blocking, framing, and specialty woodwork
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Layout, measure, cut, and install materials with precision
Work safely while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship in a historic/commercial environment
Collaborate with the superintendent and other trades to keep the project moving

Pay:

Journeyman Carpenters: $40-$45/hr
Master Carpenters: Up to $55/hr (based on experience)
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial carpentry experience (Journeyman)
Extensive commercial carpentry experience with leadership-level skills (Master Carpenter)
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Experience with finish carpentry is highly preferred
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools and PPE
OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
