Journeyman / Master Plumber to work with Real Estate Company

Do you have experience working at a plumbing company, or perhaps have you owned your own?

We are a local apartment management, renovation, and investment company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are now expanding our abilities to include plumbing services to help service around 4,000 apartments in Tucson.

All work will be with our affiliated properties, no prospecting or working with new clients. The properties were mostly built in the 1970's - 1980's, so they have older pipes that are starting to fail more often. This is a standard 7am-3pm job, but sometimes when emergencies occur we may need you to respond outside of normal hours and you will earn overtime pay in that situation.

Examples of common work items that we need you to feel confident in fixing include:
-galvanized supply section replacement
-cast iron drain repair
-use a pro press to repair copper
-hydrojet lines
-snake lines
-camera lines
-tie in new drain ABS and supply PEX lines to connect with older cast iron drains and copper or galvanized supply.
-commercial hot water heater install with supply line rerouting
-circulating pump replacement

This is a full-time position with long-term potential. You will work in a team environment, with ability to earn pay increases as responsibilities progress.

We do need you to pass a drug and background test, and possess a valid drivers license.

You will have the ability to receive health insurance, dental, and vision care for you and your family, with the employer covering a large portion of the expense.
