Journeyman Painter / Supervisor

We are a well-established painting contractor on the Big Island looking for experienced, take-charge painters/supervisors who are ready to run entire projects from start to finish. This is not a micromanaged position. If you take full ownership of quality, schedule, crew, customer satisfaction, and job profitability, you will thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

Run residential and light commercial painting jobs end-to-end
Manage crews of 2-4 painters
Handle all on-site decisions, material orders, safety, and customer communications
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with zero punch-list issues
Represent the company professionally on every job

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years painting/foreman experience (preferably in high-end residential)
Proven track record of running successful jobs with full accountability
Strong leadership skills — able to motivate and manage crews
Reliable transportation and valid Hawaii driver’s license
Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently
Local Big Island knowledge is a big plus
