JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for residential, commercial and multi-family journeyman painters who want to work year-round. Second-chance candidates are encouraged to apply.
The individuals we are looking for will have strong journeyman-level experience and be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:
- At least 2 years of journeyman painting experience.
- Expert in all phases of interior and exterior painting of single and multi-family projects from materials planning through finish.
- Must be expert in the use of all processes, materials, tools and equipment required for painting residential, commercial and multi-family buildings.
- Can quickly and efficiently solve complex and unexpected problems encountered.
- Experience in reading and understanding plans for determining materials required.
- Expertise in drywall or stucco repair and finish a plus.
- Solid knowledge of general construction, processes, flows, and phases.
- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Wages: $22-24.00 per hour commensurate with experience
