Journeyman Painters - Up to $40.00 Per Hour

Looking for full time experienced painters for interior and exterior repaint projects in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley.

• Have work references that can verify your past experience
• Reliable transportation
• You need to show up every day, on time
• Must have a good attendance record with previous employers

Compensation (Note: Your performance MUST match your compensation level.

Journeyman Level (10 years’ experience minimum)

• $40.00 per hour
• Must be a leader who leads by example
• High level or productivity at all times
• Be able to train apprentices
• Perfect attendance is a must
• Be able to operate a sprayer at an expert level
• Able to lift/move heavy ladders and paint buckets

Journeyman Level (5 years’ experience minimum)

• $30.00 per hour
• High level or productivity at all times
• Perfect attendance is a must
• Be able to operate a sprayer proficiently
• Able to lift/move heavy ladders and paint buckets

Apprentice Level (2 years’ experience minimum)

• $18.00 per hour
• Perfect attendance is a must
• Be a fast learner
• Able to lift/move heavy ladders and paint buckets
