Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential (primarily new construction) settings
Interpret and work from blueprints and plans
Perform service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues as needed
Ensure work meets all local codes and safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and customers
Qualifications:
Journeyman-level plumbing experience
Strong background in new construction plumbing
Some service/repair experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Clean DMV record (required for company vehicle)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (but not required):
Knowledge of local Sonoma County codes and regulations
Backflow or other specialty certifications
