Professional Plumbing Inc. is hiring an experienced service and repair plumber for residential and light commercial work in Orange County.

We are based in Fountain Valley and have served Orange County since 1985. We only work in Orange County.

This position is primarily service and repair. We handle some homeowner-direct remodel-related plumbing, but this is not a remodel-heavy job and it is not new construction.

What You Can Earn:

Most of our service plumbers earn $80,000 to $120,000+ per year, depending on experience, performance, and growth.

The Job:

You will run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls throughout Orange County, including:
Water heaters and tankless water heaters
Faucets, toilets, shower valves, and fixtures
Drain and sewer stoppages
Leak detection and pipe repairs
Gas line repairs
Repipes and larger repair work when needed
Light commercial service

You will diagnose the problem, explain the options clearly, complete the work properly, document the job, and treat the customer’s home with respect.

We use Housecall Pro, so experience with it is helpful but not required.

Your Assigned Area:

Each plumber is assigned an Orange County area to help grow.

You will still work throughout Orange County as needed, but your assigned area gives you a place to build your name, repeat customers, and additional bonus opportunity.

What We Need

This position requires real plumbing service and repair experience.

New construction experience alone does not qualify for this position.
A strong candidate should have:
3+ years of plumbing service and repair experience
Experience working directly with homeowners or business owners
Strong diagnostic skills
Clean workmanship
Good communication
Valid California driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check before hiring
Comfort using job software, notes, photos, and mobile apps
