Journeyman Sheetmetal Worker "HVAC Fab and Install"

We’re hiring an experienced ** Sheet Metal Worker** with strong **shop layout, fabrication, and equipment-operation** skills to join our Billings team.

This is a long-term opportunity in one of the country’s fastest-growing regions, with a substantial pipeline of work expected for years to come.

### What you’ll do

• Read plans and perform precise shop layout for HVAC and architectural sheet-metal work
• Fabricate ductwork and related sheet-metal components to specification
• Safely and efficiently operate shop equipment, including brakes, shears, plasma tables, rolls, seamers, and other fabrication machinery
• Maintain quality standards, productivity, and a safe, organized shop
• Work collaboratively with a skilled union team

### What we’re looking for

• Sheet-metal shop experience, especially layout and fabrication
• Proven ability to run sheet-metal fabrication equipment
• Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, and job specifications
• Reliable, safety-focused, detail-oriented professional
• Union sheet-metal experience or eligibility to work under a union agreement preferred
