JR Project Manager Needed - Salary and Company Vehicle

Hello! We're 5280 Floors here in Denver.

We are looking for a Jr Project Manager to support our Hardwood and Concrete Management team in the office and in the field. This person will maintain project quality, assist with project coordination, and ensures jobs are completed to company standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Jobsite visits and quality check ins
• Help coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, and field communication.
• Identify quality concerns early and communicate corrective actions.
• Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (must be tech savvy).
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
• Some experience in construction, ideally flooring but not required.
