ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Junior Field Technician / Apprentice to support our mid‑level field operations staff on residential and light commercial projects. This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on assisting, learning, and executing tasks under direction — not running jobs independently.
You’ll work closely with a lead technician to keep jobs moving efficiently: carrying materials, prepping sites, performing basic carpentry and maintenance tasks, cleanup, staging, and supporting the lead with whatever is needed to complete the job.
This is a great fit for someone who wants steady work, wants to learn the trades, and can follow direction without ego.
