Pay & Compensation
$23–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay
Bonus structure: Earn 10% of all revenue on jobs where estimates are accepted on the first visit
Tips: Frequently earned and can be significant depending on the job
What You’ll Do
Drive company trucks to residential and commercial job sites
Remove and load unwanted items safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service on every job
Work as part of a team to complete routes on schedule
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (Class C preferred, but not required)
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor daily
Strong work ethic and reliability—no excuses, just results
Good attitude and professionalism with customers
Experience
No experience required—we provide training
Experience in moving, junk removal, or general labor is a big plus
