Technical Skills & Qualifications Carpentry Expertise:
High proficiency in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and crown molding.General Remodeling: Strong hands-on experience with drywall finishing and tile installation.Trade Coordination: Solid knowledge of residential systems to effectively collaborate with plumbing and electrical subcontractors.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely operate a wide variety of commercial power tools.Physically capable of continuous walking, bending, and repetitive motions.Strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting associated with remodeling materials and cabinetry.
