Responsibilities

Install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, panels, fillers, moldings, and trim
Read and accurately follow cabinet layouts, plans, and measurements
Properly level, shim, secure, and align cabinetry
Install doors, drawers, hardware, decorative panels, and finishing components
Perform field modifications when necessary
Troubleshoot installation and job-site issues independently
Deliver clean, accurate, high-quality finished installations
Protect the customer's home and maintain a professional job site
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other trades
Complete assigned projects efficiently and within agreed timelines

We Are Looking for Expert Installers Who Have:

Significant professional cabinet installation experience
Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to complete installations independently
Experience reading cabinet layouts and installation drawings
Confidence making field adjustments and modifications
Professional communication and customer-service skills
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Their own professional installation tools and equipment
Ability to safely lift and maneuver cabinets and materials

Ideal Candidate

You should be comfortable walking onto a job site, reviewing the plans, identifying potential issues, and completing a professional installation without needing step-by-step direction.
We are especially interested in installers with extensive experience in:
Full kitchen cabinet installations
Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
Crown molding and finished trim
Panels, fillers, toe kicks, and scribe work
Appliance panels and specialty cabinet components
Correcting walls, floors, and other common field-condition challenges
