Kitchen Operations & Maintenance Technician - Circuit of the Americas

We are seeking a Kitchen Operations & Maintenance Technician to support kitchen operations by setting up, breaking down, maintaining, and repairing equipment across the property. This role plays a key part in ensuring all kitchen and food-service equipment is functioning safely, efficiently, and reliably during major events. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, hourly position.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance or technician experience preferred, especially in a kitchen or food-service environment.
Knowledge of general kitchen equipment operation; repair experience a plus.
Basic electrical and plumbing understanding required.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs independently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to work long hours during large events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
