Construction Laborer Wanted, Oʻahu Residential Crew

Small residential construction crew looking for a reliable laborer to join us. We build custom homes and do high-end remodels, mostly windward, town/eastside. Good crew, steady work, and a real chance to learn the trade from experienced builders.

No experience required. We're looking for a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and someone ready to put in a full day.

What you'll do:

Keep the job site clean, stocked, and organized

Move and load materials
Help the carpenters and assist across the trades
Handle demo, hauling, and cleanup
Learn on the job

What we need:

Reliable and on time, every day

Your own transportation
Can handle the physical side (50+ lbs, full days outdoors)
Willing to learn and follow direction
Authorized to work in the U.S.
