Hardline Contracting is hiring laborers for underground fiber utility construction.

We’ve been in business 14 years and have never laid anyone off.

Pay depends on experience:

Laborer
$20 – $25/hr (Based on Experience / CDL)

Laborer with CDL & Experience on Mini Excavator and/or Hydrovac
$25 – $28/hr

Drill Operator / Locator / Lead Person
$28 – $32/hr

Project Manager / Foreman
$32 – $38/hr

Senior Project Manager / Foreman
$38 – $49/hr

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 4ish PM (Can fluctuate based on current workload)
Typical work week: 40–50 hours

Local work around St. Louis and surrounding areas

Company pays up to $425 per month toward employee healthcare package

7 Paid Holidays starting Day 1

Paid Training:

CDL training
OSHA certifications
Equipment training
$200 annual work boot allowance

$1,500 employee referral bonus

Requirements:

Strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Construction experience helpful but not required
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
