Laborer and/or Apprentice Carpenters

We are an established San Francisco Design and Construction Company seeking experienced Residential Carpenters. Projects are primarily located in San Francisco. We have new custom houses; small residential remodels, and some small to medium size commercial work.

We are seeking

Laborer/Apprentice Carpenter- $26-32/hr, DOE

You should have a minimum of two years experience doing residential construction. You need to have your own tools and transportation. We need a person OK doing labor- Cleaning job sites, fetching, moving materials, etc., and where time allows we can have you help build and train you as a carpenter. You will work at various job sites in a given day or week so you will need a valid CA drivers license and transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative disciplines other than carpentry are appreciated- metals, furniture, etc.
• You must have your own transportation and the beginning collection of carpenter's tools
• Experience working on San Francisco construction sites would be great
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Be responsible and have a professional attitude and appearance
• California Drivers License
• Minimum High School diploma, college experience is appreciated, but not required
• Proof of residency or equal
• No drugs, No Drinking, No Exceptions-
• References are required and will be checked
