Laborer – Excavation ($32- $42/hr + Full Benefits)

What we offer

What you'll do
-General site labor: digging, backfilling, grading by hand, staging materials, keeping the site clean and safe
-Support pipe / utility crews — bedding, laying, compaction
-Set up and hold work-zone traffic control; spot for operators
-Rig, signal, and support equipment operators
-Run hand and power tools, plate compactors, and small equipment

What we're looking for
-Reliable, on time, and safe — every day
-Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all conditions
-Willing to learn and work toward the operator track
-Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a plus
-No experience required for entry — we'll train the right person; experienced laborers start higher on the scale
-Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay & benefits
-$32–$42/hr, depending on experience — with a clear wage ladder from apprentice to lead/senior laborer
-Year-round hours with overtime opportunity
