Valley Isle Tiny Homes is installing two expandable container homes in Waialua and we need reliable help to get the job done right. Whether you're a general laborer looking for steady work or a skilled tradesman looking for your next gig, we want to hear from you.

Carpenters
Electricians
Plumbers
The work:
Setting and installing two expandable container homes on-site, including site prep, leveling/foundation work, expansion/unfolding of the container units, framing and finish carpentry, electrical rough-in and hookups, and plumbing connections. Work will vary day to day depending on your trade, so tell us what you're best at when you apply.
Who we're looking for:
Laborers: hard workers willing to learn, good attitude, reliable transportation
Carpenters: framing, trim, and finish work experience
Electricians: comfortable with rough-in wiring and hookups (licensed or experienced helpers welcome)
Plumbers: comfortable with water/drain line connections and hookups (licensed or experienced helpers welcome)
This is a great opportunity if you want hands-on experience with modular/container home construction — a growing niche in Hawaii's housing market. Motivated workers may be considered for ongoing work on future installs.
Pay: DOE (depends on experience) — paid daily/cash available. Rates vary by trade and skill level.
