Land Clearing & Grading Foreman / Equipment Operator

Looking for an experienced Foreman to run day-to-day operations for a growing land clearing and grading company.

Responsibilities:

• Read grading plans and shoot grades using a laser or rotary laser
• Operate skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, and other equipment
• Perform rough and finish grading
• Meet with customers and prepare estimates
• Schedule jobs and manage crews
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to specifications
• Represent the company professionally with customers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of grading and site work experience preferred
• Able to read site plans and elevations
• Experience with laser grading equipment
• Strong skid steer operating skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently
