Landscape build and install

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Installation Employee to join our team. This role focuses on installing outdoor landscape features including plants, trees, sod, and hardscapes. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable, and takes pride in creating high-quality landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, and sod according to design plans
Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and edging
Operate hand tools and power equipment (shovels, saws, compactors, etc.)
Prepare job sites by grading, digging, and removing debris
Install and maintain irrigation and drainage systems
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license preferred
