About the Role

Awaken Landscapes is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Working Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead a crew while actively building high-end outdoor living spaces.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing day-to-day production, making material runs, coordinating deliveries, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership: Lead, motivate, and work alongside a landscape construction crew.

Site Management: Coordinate daily job site activities, maintaining high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.

Execution: Read and execute detailed landscape plans and layouts.

Installation: Perform and oversee both hardscape and softscape installations.

Logistics: Handle material pickups, coordinate deliveries, and manage disposal runs as needed.

Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with management and clients.

Quality Control: Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our strict quality expectations.

Experience & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of landscape construction experience (preferred).

Leadership: Previous foreman or crew leader experience is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with pavers, concrete, retaining walls, irrigation, planting, carpentry, and general landscape construction.

Equipment: Ability to operate industry equipment and power tools safely.

Logistics: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Core Traits: Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and natural leadership abilities.
