Landscape Construction Foreman

Telluric Landscapes is a landscape architecture, design, and construction firm dedicated to creating
beautiful outdoor spaces from concept drawings through final construction. We are passionate about
building custom handmade features that are built to last. We work on high end residential projects across
Marin, Napa, and Sonoma counties, and weʼre looking for a skilled landscape foreman to join our team!
What youʼll do
● Manage daily jobsite operations, workflow, quality control, and safety
● Ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site
● Read and interpret landscape, civil, architectural, and structural plans
● Perform site layout and shoot elevations/levels based on plans
● Communicate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and crew members

What weʼre looking for
● Minimum 5 years of experience in a landscape construction foreman position
● Highly proficient in reading civil, architectural, structural, and landscape plans
● Ability to shoot levels and layout projects accurately from plans
● Experience preparing material takeoffs for ordering and budgeting (Google Sheets)
● Ability to track labor and materials to maintain project profitability
● Strong working knowledge of: *Irrigation systems * Low-voltage lighting *Carpentry *Masonry
*Grading *Concrete *Machine Operation *Planting
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to run an efficient crew
● Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
● Highly motivated, detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable
● Clean driving record required
Compensation and benefits
● Pay: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
