Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and manage installation crews on a variety of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape construction, is a proven installer, and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee installation crews on residential and commercial landscape projects
• Build and install paver patios & walkways, fences, decks
• Construct block and rock retaining walls
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
• Train, motivate, and support crew members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with staff and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction
• Proven ability to install and manage projects independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing job site conditions
