Landscape Construction LEAD – Up to $36/hr + Great Benefits!

Britescape is looking for a skilled, dependable craftsman to lead our Enhancements/Garden Services Team. If you have a passion for small-scale hardscaping, know your PNW plants, and want to lead a crew that takes pride in high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll bring beautiful outdoor designs to life—from custom patios and stone walls to high-end plantings.

Competitive Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 / hour (depending on experience)

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Key Responsibilities)

Lead & Build: Complete small-scale construction projects (pavers, flagstone, small stone barriers, and retaining walls).

Get Hands-On: Handle excavation, grading, soil prep, and high-detail plantings.

Irrigation & Lawns: Read irrigation plans, handle small repairs, program controllers, and oversee sod/hydroseed prep.

Mentor the Crew: Work alongside team members to teach technical skills, promote safety, and build the next generation of craftsmen.

Coordinate: Partner with our Enhancement Manager to organize materials, keep projects flowing efficiently, and run final client walkthroughs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Qualifications)

Experience: 1–2 years of professional landscape construction experience (required).

Skills: Strong knowledge of PNW plants, proper soil prep, and planting depths.

Leadership: A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to delegate tasks and support your team.

Logistics: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors year-round and lift 75+ lbs.

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
