Job Title: Skilled Team Lead - Landscape Construction

Compensation: Starting at $22+ per hour, depending on experience

About Us:

CYC Landscaping is a leader in landscape construction and installation for residential properties. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Skilled Team Lead to oversee our projects and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install plants, trees, and flowers with precision.
• Construct hardscapes, including flagstone, pavers, and retaining walls.
• Build features such as fire pits, walkways, barbecues, and patios.
• Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, lighting, and water features.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape construction
• Strong understanding of hardscape and softscape installation
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Familiarity with standard power and manual landscaping equipment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
