Landscape Construction Lead Person

Need to have at least 5 years landscape construction experience in a lead role. Must have extensive hardscape experience and general landscape knowledge. Skill sets in pavers, concrete, irrigation, planting and able to lead a crew and develop a good working environment on projects. Must have valid Calif drivers license with good driving record. With work experience understanding grades, drainage and overall understanding of what the ideal scene is supposed to be on a landscape construction site. Being able to work as a team within the structure of the company is vital.
