Four Dimensions Landscape Cooperative is looking for gardeners to join our horticultural team. Candidates with a strong connection to the natural world are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train self-motivated individuals with a can do attitude.

Required qualifications Assistant Gardener:

• Valid CA driver license and clean driving record (must be 21 years of age)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Physically fit and agile with an excellent work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
• Love of plants and wildlife

Desired qualifications:

• Landscape horticulture experience and/or education
• Plant identification skills
• Knowledge of CA native plant species
• Experience with irrigation management

Hours of operation are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. We meet each morning at our headquarters in West Oakland.
