Landscape Crew Lead

Cherry Hill Outdoor Landscape & Design is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead to help manage landscape installation and enhancement projects throughout the Twin Cities.

We are looking for someone who knows how to work hard, lead by example, and keep jobs moving. This is a working lead position. You will be expected to work alongside the crew, not just supervise.

What You'll Do

• Lead a small landscape crew
• Install mulch, rock, plants, sod, drainage, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape projects
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini skid steers, and trailers
• Keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and material needs

What We're Looking For

• Landscape experience required
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Equipment experience is a plus
