LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER

Motta Landscaping has been providing residential and commercial landscape, hardscape and snow management services in Foxboro and the surrounding areas since 2002. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we have an opening for a full-time Landscape Crew Leader.
Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with Operations Manager to plan scheduled services
• Maintain residential and commercial properties with all maintenance needs
• Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members to successfully complete projects
• Provide hands-on leadership needed to exceed our customer’s expectations
• Engage with team to promote compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Oversee and train team members to ensure landscape procedures and proper use of tools is followed

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of landscape materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape projects
• Must be dependable, well-organized, have a positive attitude and work well with others
• Valid driver’s license and medical DOT card or ability to obtain one
• MA Pesticide Applicator License a plus!
• Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful!
