CBC INC is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our maintenance team. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, and capable of leading a small crew while also performing hands-on landscape work.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping experience

Experience leading or supervising a landscape crew

Valid California Driver’s License and clean/reliable driving record

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable transportation to our Riverside location

Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor

Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally

Required Experience:

Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Hedge and shrub trimming

Tree trimming and small tree removal

Weed control and property cleanup

Sprinkler and irrigation troubleshooting/repair

Irrigation valve replacement

Sprinkler timer/controller programming and replacement

Identifying irrigation leaks and broken sprinkler heads

General landscape maintenance

Operating and maintaining landscape equipment

Crew Leader Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew

Follow daily routes and work orders

Make sure each property is serviced correctly

Inspect completed work before leaving the property

Communicate problems, repairs, or additional work needed

Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles organized

Complete service checklists and report work performed
