Small Bay-Friendly Landscaping Business Seeks Experienced Crew Leader & Experienced Crew Member  
Join us to create and care for beautiful and sustainable gardens with a great team of people.  Work sites are diverse and pleasant residences, located in Oakland / East Bay / SF.  

*** CREW LEADER ***

Responsibilities

• Liason between owner and crew (3-5 ppl).
• Responsible for the management of daily tasks and crew.
• Fine gardening specific to Bay Area ornamental residential gardens.
• Landscaping include irrigation, soil grading & amending, planting, hardscape + LV lighting
• Tool Management
• Log Activities & Hours via Jobber and CompanyCam

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year Experience as Crew Leader
• 3 Years Professional Experience as Bay Area Fine Gardener & Landscaper
• Solid horticultural knowledge and understanding of common Bay Area ornamental plants
• Fine Gardening: pruning, dead-heading, pest / disease identification
• Drip Irrigation Repair + Installation
• Soil Amending + Grading
• Landscape Masonry + Basic Carpentry
• Excellent Time Management
• Focused + Detailed-Oriented
• Accountable
• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Spanish; Mam is a plus.

Compensation

• Pay DOE: $28-32/hr to start
• Hourly Employee; Long Term Position with Many Opportunities for Growth

Responsibilities

• Fine gardening specific to Bay Area ornamental residential gardens.
• Landscaping including irrigation, soil grading & amending, planting, some hardscape (masonry, carpentry) & LV lighting.
• Time tracking via Jobber

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year Professional Experience as Bay Area Fine Gardener + Landscaper (REQUIRED)
• Working horticultural knowledge and understanding of ornamental plants
• Fine Gardening: pruning, deadheading, weeding
• Basic Landscaping Skills
• Good Time Management
• Focused + Detailed-oriented
• Accountable
• Good Communication Skills (English, Spanish); Mam useful.

Compensation

• Pay DOE: $24-27
• Hourly Employee; Long Term Position Available.

• 5 days: Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
