Experienced Foreman with 3+ years of experience to manage landscape maintenance crews. Plant ID, proper planting technique, site work, layout, reading plans, grading, irrigation, and low voltage lighting is required. Must have excellent communication skills and a background in horticulture. General knowledge of landscape masonry a plus.

• Minimum 5 years experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience and knowledge in pruning methods including proficient use of tools and techniques (thinning, reduction, rejuvination, and deadwood pruning)
• Understanding of plant growth habits and proper pruning times for various species to optimize flowering, vigor, and long term sustainability
• Strong knowledge of planting, mulching, pruning, irrigation basics, and hardscape maintenance.
• Experience using landscape maintenance tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand pruning tools.
• Skilled in use of hand pruners, loppers, shears and saws, with an emphasis on efficiency and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, work schedules, and maintenance guidelines.
• Familiarity with online scheduling and reporting software is a plus

MUST have a VALID driver's license.
*Hydraulic License, DOT, OSHA Certification, Bilingual, and MCLP a plus
