Job Title: Landscape Crew Leader / Supervisor

Pay: Based on experience ($25–$35hr+Bonuses)

VisionScape Landscape & Design is seeking a dependable, skilled Crew Lead to oversee residential landscape and hardscape projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values professionalism, and wants to grow within a company that is building long-term.

Types of Projects

Sod installation and grading

Rock, mulch, edging, and planting
Shoreline and property cleanups
Custom landscape renovations
Hardscape installation (paver patios, retaining walls, walkways)

Skills:

Lead and manage a 2–4 person crew on residential projects

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Communicate clearly with homeowners and management
Train and develop crew members
Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and equipment

Qualifications

Prior crew leadership preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean record
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to take ownership and lead with integrity

Preferred:

Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini skid, etc.)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
