LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER - FULL TIME

We’re looking for a few good people to join our team.

This is not a position for someone who wants to stand around, stare at their phone, or be told what to do every 5 minutes.

Most of our work involves:

• Landscape installations
• Planting trees and shrubs
• Bush and hedge trimming
• Property cleanups
• Operating equipment and power tools
• Physical outdoor work

Typical days are 10-12 hours and the work can be demanding.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable
• Trustworthy
• Intelligent
• Hard working
• Fast learners
• Able to work independently
• Respectful to customers and teammates

Experience is a plus, but attitude matters more.

We’ve had great success hiring younger guys who are hungry, dependable, and willing to learn. We’ve also hired experienced landscapers who take pride in their work.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company. Leadership opportunities are available for the right person as we continue expanding.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
• Ability to show up on time consistently
