Landscape Enhancement Crew Manager/Driver
Description
Landscape Enhancement Crew Manager (Lead) — South Florida Terra Systems
Lead a crew, build quality work, and help grow a Design/Build operation that is earning more trusted builder and property-owner relationships.
**Pay:** $20–$25 per hour, based on experience\
**Work type:** Full-time field leadership\
**Location:** South Florida service area
**Is this you?**
If you know how to run a landscape crew, care about finish quality, and take ownership when the plan changes, this may be a strong fit. You should want responsibility—not just a title—and be willing to coach people while holding the standard.
**The work**
You will lead landscape enhancement and Design/Build work from daily kickoff through cleanup and handoff. You’ll plan the day, assign work, confirm tools and materials, protect safety, inspect quality, communicate field issues, and keep the crew moving without cutting corners.
**What success looks like**
- At least 90% of jobs finish within planned labor hours.
- Completed work averages fewer than 2 punch-list or callback items per job.
- The crew starts prepared with the right plan, tools, equipment, and materials every workday.
- Job sites stay safe, clean, organized, and professional.
As South Florida Terra Systems grows its Design/Build and Maintenance capacity, strong performance can lead to more complex projects, crew training responsibility, and broader field leadership. The exact next step will grow with the business and the results you consistently deliver.
**Why South Florida Terra Systems**
Our mission is to deliver high-quality landscape design, installation, and maintenance that creates lasting value for clients and real opportunity for our team. This role has a direct hand in making that promise real on every jobsite.
**What we provide**
You’ll have clear daily expectations, direct access to the Owner, job plans and material information, field equipment, and the authority to organize the work and raise issues early.
**This isn't for you if…**
- You avoid feedback or blame others when the job misses.
- You treat safety, cleanup, or communication as someone else’s responsibility.
- You are comfortable hiding delays, shortages, damage, or scope questions.
- You want a lead title without owning the crew’s result.
