Alexander's Property Maintenance is a full-service property maintenance and landscaping company serving commercial and residential properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are currently seeking experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Members to join our Odessa/Tampa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating beautiful landscapes, and wants to grow with a well-established and expanding company.

As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, you will work alongside an experienced team installing and improving landscapes for a variety of properties. Every day brings new projects and opportunities to showcase your skills while helping transform outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Install trees, shrubs, flowers, ornamental plants, and ground cover according to landscape plans.
• Install sod, mulch, rock, edging, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with landscape renovations, property enhancements, and seasonal improvement projects.
• Perform planting bed preparation, grading, and soil amendments.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of landscape installation or landscape enhancement experience required
• Knowledge of landscape plants, installation techniques, and basic landscaping practices preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work including bending, kneeling, digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team while following directions from the Crew Leader.
• Commitment to providing excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
