What You’ll Be Doing
As a Hardscaping Specialist, you’ll take ownership of transforming client yards into stunning, functional outdoor living areas from ground-up prep to final polish:
Hardscape Construction: Build high-end paver patios, walkways, block/wood retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, flagstone, and artificial turf.
Site Preparation: Oversee grading, excavation, base compaction, and proper drainage systems to ensure every build lasts.
Independent Execution: Work alongside our project foremen with the autonomy to manage on-site workflow, keep builds on schedule, and maintain a safe, clean job site.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven track record in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, stone work).
Fence and wood retaining wall experience is a major plus!
Blueprint & Plan Reading: Ability to interpret landscape architectural plans and specifications accurately.
Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in operating cut-off saws, plate compactors, trenchers, and standard field equipment safely.
Pride in Ownership: Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and respect for the homeowner’s property.
Valid Driver’s License: State-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Bonus Points:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Industry certifications (ICPI, NCMA/CMHA).
