Landscape fleet manager/small equipment Mechanic $25-32/hr

Landscaping Company is seeking a qualified mechanic to maintain small equipment and do basic repairs on fleet trucks, manage the equipment.

Fill up the trucks at the end of the day, restock any daily items they need and park them.

Repairs on the tools and trucks such as...
repair/replace carburetors, rebuild 2 stroke equipment.
replace straps, tubes, throttle cables.

Diagnose and repair drivability issues om trucks such as brakes, and hoses.
Change oil, transmission fluid, and filters
Install batteries and check electrical systems
Install parts and perform general repairs.
Basically, be capable of most minor repairs.
Major items such as transmission, engine work would be sent out.

Requirements:
3 years plus experience on Truck (gas / diesel) and 2 cycle equipment
Be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair trucks and equipment
Have own hand tools is a must.
Reliable / good work habits and organizational skills / safety conscience
Current driver’s license / acceptable MVD record / ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
