$28-$35+ PER HOUR DOE | 4-DAY WORK WEEK | 3 DAYS OFF
Taylormade Landscapes is one of Las Vegas' premier outdoor living contractors, specializing in luxury backyard transformations including custom pavers, travertine patios, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, fire features, retaining walls, and complete landscape installations.
We are growing fast and need an Experienced Foremen who can confidently lead a 3-man crew and take ownership of high-end residential projects from start to finish.
THIS IS NOT A MAINTENANCE POSITION.
We are looking for skilled builders who understand construction, elevations, drainage, layout, crew management, and delivering exceptional finished products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage a 3-man installation crew
- Read plans and execute projects accurately
- Perform site layout, grading, drainage, and elevations
- Install pavers, travertine, retaining walls, artificial turf, and landscape features
- Build outdoor kitchens and fire feature areas
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and construction equipment
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and team members
- Maintain a safe, organized, professional job site
- Minimum 3 years of Landscape Foreman experience
- Proven experience installing pavers and travertine
- Experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Strong understanding of base preparation, compaction, grading, and drainage
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field
- Clean driver's license
- Dependable, motivated, and quality-driven
- Outdoor kitchen construction
- Fire feature installations
- Outdoor lighting systems
- Blueprint reading
- Experience with luxury residential projects
