Landscape Gardener / Horticulturist

East Bay Gardener Position- Immediate Start Available

Wildwood Landscapes is looking for an experienced horticulturist-level gardener to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis, with the potential for more consistent hours over time.

This is not a mow-and-blow position. We’re looking for someone with strong plant knowledge who takes pride in thoughtful, skilled garden care.

About the Role

You’ll be working in established residential gardens focusing on:

Skilled pruning of shrubs, perennials, and small trees

Plant health, aesthetics, and long-term garden care

Detail-oriented horticultural maintenance

Independent job execution with clear communication

Work is available immediately, including a full week of work next week.

What We’re Looking For

CA Drivers License
Strong horticultural and plant knowledge (this is essential)
Confident, experienced aesthetic pruner
Prior professional garden experience required
Ability to work independently and manage your time well
Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail
Clear communicator; English speaking required
Reliable, punctual, and professional
