Landscape Installation Crew Member

West Coast Tropics is a family-owned and operated landscape design and installation company serving St. Petersburg and the surrounding Pinellas County communities. We specialize in creating exceptional outdoor spaces and have completed some of the area's most prestigious, award-winning luxury landscape projects. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Installation Crew Member who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that cares about doing things the right way.

What You'll Do

Assist with high-end landscape installations and outdoor living projects
Plant trees, palms, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
Install mulch, rock, soil, sod, and related materials
Assist with demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and installation
Load, unload, and organize landscaping materials and equipment
Maintain clean and professional job sites
Help ensure every completed project meets West Coast Tropics' quality standards
Treat our customers, their homes, and their properties with respect
Work closely with the crew and project foreman to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual

Strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in the finished product
Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in Florida conditions
Able to lift and move landscaping materials and equipment
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Landscaping, construction, hardscape, or outdoor installation experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important

Pay, Benefits & Growth Starting pay is $17–$20/hour, based on experience and skill level. We conduct a formal performance and pay review after your first 60 days. Compensation may be adjusted based on performance, reliability, quality of work, attitude, skill development, and overall contribution to the team. Benefits include:
