Landscape Installation Division Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Landscape Installation Division Manager
to lead our construction crews and drive project excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple landscape installation teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and fostering a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between design, customer, and crew, ensuring seamless project execution from groundbreaking to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Crew Management: Supervise, schedule, and train multiple installation crews, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Project Oversight: Act as primary manager for projects, interpreting blueprints and laying out materials, plants, and hardscape features for crews.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate daily equipment needs, material procurement, plant tagging, and loading/unloading at the shop.
  • Customer & Subcontractor Relations: Communicate regularly with customers regarding project progress and manage subcontractor scheduling and follow-up.
  • Personnel & Administration: Interview, train, evaluate, and mentor staff, with the authority to issue disciplinary action and terminate employees.
  • Financial & Safety Control: Monitor budget adherence (site cost reporting) and enforce all company policies, including weather-related scheduling adjustments (rain days) and site safety.
Qualifications
o Proven experience in landscape construction or production management.

o Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and plant material.

o Ability to read landscape designs and site plans.

o Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

o Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

o Bilingual a Plus

o CDL a Plus
